Print Technology Solutions Showcased by OKI Data Americas at ACORD LOMA to Address Needs of Insurance Industry

At the ACORD LOMA 2009 trade show in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, OKI Data Americas, which markets its products under the OKI® Printing Solutions brand, exhibited several industry-leading printing solutions designed to increase productivity and help solve the everyday needs of business personnel in the insurance industry. Among the solutions featured at the show were the Digital Pen and Paper solution, which expedites the process of managing forms with handwritten entries and notations, and Desktop Document Capture, which reduces the time required to manage and execute paper processes. OKI Data Americas also showcased the award-winning C3530 and MC860 multifunction printers.
Highlights of the announcement:
- Digital Pen and Paper solution provides cost savings, data accuracy and security, and convenience by expediting the processing of forms with handwritten data to address paper-intensive and data-heavy insurance operations.
- Desktop Document Capture solution reduces paper process time expenditures from days to hours, to increase efficiency and productivity in the paperwork-heavy insurance industry.

The Digital Pen and Paper solution optimizes the process of managing forms with handwritten entries and document notations. The convenience this solution provides helps to streamline customer service and response, a critical aspect of the insurance industry.
