At the 2008 National Educational Computing Conference (NECC) in San Antonio, OKI Data Americas, which markets its products under the OKI® Printing Solutions brand, showcased its full line of printers, multifunction printers (MFP) and customized printing solutions that help K-12 administrators’ maximize technology budgets and achieve a lower cost of ownership. The company’s booth highlighted several key trends in the education industry by displaying their new A4 color printers that bring affordable color printing to the classroom and better stimulate students’ learning; Color Access Policy Manager that helps administrators’ manage printing costs; and Managed Services for Education program, which saves schools up to 38%1 on overall printing costs.
Also at NECC, OKI Data Americas gave show attendees the opportunity to participate in the company’s Color Me OKI philanthropic program, bringing the “Twin Sister” 1955 Pink Cadillac to its booth in an effort to increase breast cancer awareness and further the company’s partnership in passion on the breast cancer drive to survive.

At the OKI Printing Solutions’ booth, an Elvis tribute artist took center stage entertaining the crowd as they participated in the fight against breast cancer. Attendees had their photo taken with the “Twin Sister,” an exact replica of the 1955 Pink Cadillac Fleetwood that Elvis gave his mother. For every photo taken during NECC, OKI Printing Solutions donated five dollars to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc®. The appearance of the “Twin Sister” is part of OKI Printing Solutions’ Color Me OKI philanthropic program, an extension of the brand’s passion for partnerships, a symbol of the company’s dedication to customer intimacy and commitment to the community on the breast cancer drive to survive.
