Toner Cartridge Returns
Oki Data will not accept return of non-OKI cartridges for recycling. The return label can only be used for the return of OKI cartridges included in the program.
Step 1. Pack up your used consumable
Remove the used cartridge from your printer and SEAL IT in the bag the new OKI cartridge came in.
Place the used cartridge into the protective cushions if present. Be sure to use only one bag and box with each cartridge to prevent damage during transit. Tape the box closed.

Attention: When returning your empty cartridge, it is extremely important to seal the plastic bag in which the cartridge is placed. Please check to see that you have completed this step prior to sealing the box. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-OKIDATA (1-800-654-3282). |
Step 2. Prepare a Return Label
Simply call Purolator at 1-800-459-5599 and select Option 1. Purolator will prepare a return label, which they will e-mail or fax to you and schedule a pick-up at your location.
After printing the return label and affixing it to the package, have the package available for pick-up by Purolator.
Step 4 (OPTIONAL). Order new toner
Order your replacement toner by selecting from the list below. Hold down the "CTRL" key and select for multiple items. Alternatively, go to our dealer locator to find a dealer near you.
