In-store banners pack a powerful merchandising punch while serving many purposes. They attract attention to specials and they actively engage the customer in decision-making at the point-of-purchase. Using this template, you can easily create colorful banners to draw your customers' eyes and continuously promote your product.
For best printing results we recommend using the OKI Media Collection, or other approved and tested media, to create high-quality banners. For easy print instructions, refer to Page 6 of your OKI Signage Media Guide.

Horizontal Banner
In this template, you can edit all of the text, change the text colors, change the background colors,
and add your own photos or logo images.

Banner size is 35.4 x 12.9"
Photo files should be 5 x 4.5" and saved as TIFF files
To add a new photo:
- Delete the photo placeholder box in the template.
- From the top menu bar, choose "Insert".
- Choose "Picture" and then choose "From File".
- Choose your desired photo.
- Drag to the proper position and resize if needed.
To change text background color:
- From the "Format" menu, select "Colors and Lines".
- From the "Fill" menu, choose your desired color.
- For a solid color, be sure "Transparency" is set to 0%.
To change font:
- Highlight the text you want to change.
- From the "Format" menu, select "Font".
- Choose your desired font name, style and size.
To change text color:
- Highlight the text you wish to change.
- From the "Format" menu, select "Font" and then "Color".
- Choose your desired color.

Notes on the software:
All templates were created using the following versions of the software for the PC. Testing and use of the templates should be limited to these versions or newer versions of the software:
Microsoft Word 2002 (10.6612.6626) SP3
Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 (10.6501.6626) SP3
Earlier versions of Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint may be used, however certain required template tools and features may not be available or may work differently than described.
Notes on image and photo files:
When importing images or photos into the templates, TIFF files are recommended. TIFF files are intended for print output. JPEG or GIF files are intended for Web or electronic usage. While JPEG and GIF files can be used in the templates, final printing results will not be optimal.
