Oki Data Americas, which markets its products under the OKI® Printing Solutions brand, has introduced the B4545 monochrome multifunction product (MFP) for optimal office efficiency in small workgroup environments. The B4545 MFP delivers a unique feature set not available with most competitive products in its class, in a compact footprint that provides small businesses with unparalleled versatility in their printing, copying, scanning and faxing operations.

- Scan-to and print-from the USB flash drive allows users to save, share and transport documents directly without the use of a computer

- LAN fax compatibility allows users to fax documents via Internet bypassing phone lines
- Reverse Automatic Document Feeder (RADF) scans both sides of a document automatically and provides two-sided copies and prints (w/optional duplex unit) ID
- Copy Mode enables users to copy both sides of wallet-size documents onto one page
- Access control via PINs, including keyboard lock, copy lock, email-sending control and departmental charge codes, enable job accountability and billing efficiency
